Turles had considered 17, thinking that perhaps he understood. He
contemplated his shoulder-length, straight black hair and how it shone in
the sunlight. Turles had never seen such shiny hair that reflected myriad
subtle petrol-like tones of blue and red, and curiously reached over to
touch it. He’d never imagined that hair could be as soft, like the finest
of silk. 17 froze. He’d not given him permission to touch him, but the
exotic looking Saiyan held no malicious intent, only curiosity, then
fascination. As 17 did not object, Turles stroked his hair in wonder,
slowly and methodically, and 17’s eyes closed. That felt rather nice, and a
strange tingling in his scalp gave him an unexpected shiver.
It was then that 17 looked at Turles, truly looked at him instead of
through him, as though for the first time. The larger Saiyan was asking
nothing of him, but was now contemplating his guarded, icy blue feline eyes
and exotic face. Turles’ large, strong hand moved to his cheek to tilt up
his face. He asked nothing but demanded his attention, which he found
himself unable to refuse.
“You’re beautiful,” Turles said quietly, as much to himself as to 17. It
was not a compliment, but an observation. 17 said nothing, only stared
blankly at his tan, chiseled face, his usually evil looking expression
appearing more real to him then.
Turles had not planned to lean foreward for a long, exploring kiss, his
hand touching his cheek in wonder of its smooth softness. 17 had been
turned into a cyborg before ever needing a razor, and his face was almost
feminine in its softness.
No, Turles was not asking anything of the younger man, he was merely
demanding that he surrender himself to him body and soul, which he would
then begin to mend as 17 did not think to resist him. He did not think at
all when he felt himself envelopped in the surprising warmth of his strong
arms, because for the first time since he could remember he realized that
he was actually alive.

Turles/Android 17, for AuthorAndroid22 :)
Turles left Capsule Corp in restless irritation, as he had every day for
the past month. He truly did not understand these Earthlings, even less his
own kind who proved to be a big disappointment.
Bringing back Turles from hell had been their last resort but only option,
as it had been necessary to trick the alien monster invading the Earth that
he was Kakarot. Of course, he would not have accepted if his Get Out Of
Hell Free card was only temporary, so it was for good under certain
conditions. Basically he had to behave himself and avoid dying, in which
case he would return to hell, his very existence forever erased.
He didn’t understand either why these Earthlings made such a big drama over
the combat. The subterfuge had worked, they’d won, end of story. On the old
planet it was a way of life… the way of life, given no more
question than breathing.
It had been decided that he would stay at Capsule Corp as there was more
room. The Briefs were driving him bats with their barbeques and
brainwashed, well-mannered optimism they called civilization, and the
prince did nothing but brood and lock himself in the Gravity Room all day.
No, His Highness deigned not to spar with him. He openly disdained the
other Saiyan, and Turles swore that one day his moody sarcasm was going to
win his fist smashed in his face. Unfortunately, that would be considered
Bad Behavior, so he preferred to just leave for the day to spare himself
the annoyance.
The late Spring sunlight streaked across the pink and yellow-hued blue sky
like a promising smile for what awaited him as he found himself at the
quiet stream where he’d been returning for the past week. His refuge was
not the beauty of the landscape, but who he was to meet, as always. He sat
down on a log and smiled to himself, remembering how he’d met the
mysterious male Android by the name, or rather by the number, of 17.
It had been pure chance that he’d been at that same stream in search of
tranquility when he’d met 17, for whom solitude was a way of life.
His way of life. 17 was not seeking any glory, nor was he out to
prove anything. Neither did he see any need to justify his existence; he
just was, without a doubt, the most enigmatic and fascinating personnage
he’d ever seen.
At first they didn’t speak much, only sat in peaceful silence; there was
mutual tolerance, which was more than they accorded anyone else. When they
began talking and Turles’ rantings became of Vegeta, 17 closed up and
stared off in dull silence. Apparently he didn’t have the best opinion of
the prince, either.
“What happened?” Turles had inquired.
17 had looked away. Vegeta had only broken what was left of his heart and
considerably lowered his will to live. Of his soul, however, there was
nothing left to break. “It doesn’t matter,” he’d said flatly.

Rock it 17! :D
- Although 17 is shown to be cool and confident, he’s very insecure.
- He’s very annoyed at the ideal of romance, which is why he’s a loner now.
- He can be very childish.
- He’s a bit jealous of the family 18 and Krillin started, which is why he watches them from a distance.

Vive guys (& girls) who work out! ;)

Tiny Goku.
That’s what he always…
Because I don’t think it’s fair to the vast majority who were cool to keep them off for a little nit-picking.
Any abuse will just be reported/ignored; no time for it.
I’m not perfect, nor is anyone, but my idea is simple: follow/read/look at what we like, ignore what we dislike; there are different POVs & I think everyone would be happier focusing on what we like, not on what we dislike. Our blogs & fandoms are supposed to be our escape; let’s keep them that way. ‘K?

It wasn’t supposed to be this way; the androids…
Hercule Satan had finally got hold of the Chief of Police of Satan City,
who confirmed that many of the people affected had undergone every possible
medical and psychiatric exam and no explanation could be found, nor any
connection between them. Everything down to the food, water, and air had
been tested to reveal nothing. They did wonder why no one in a position of
responsability or authority was affected, yet those who were had undergone
the alarming physical changes that 17, Vegeta and Goten had witnessed. Of
course, Hercule assured the Chief, he was working on a plan with a few
‘assistants’. The champ was in truth very tired now of that old game.
They were not accustomed to receiving as many people at once, but added a
new table leaf and more chairs from the garage. Goku always made sure that
there was enough food, not a problem for them. The next day they would go
to Master Roshi’s place.
After dinner Goku and Raditz served everyone tea in the living room and
were surprised to see the kitten jump into 17’s lap to greet him happily.
“16 would have loved her,” 17 told his sister. They giggled, petting her.
Everyone was tired and some time later 18, Videl and Hercule went home,
promising to see them tomorrow at the island.
When Goten told them about meeting Ayumi at the shrine, Vegeta and 17
insisted on going with him. Goten slipped a few senzu beans into his pocket
in case they should need more and they left. Vegeta thought it wasn’t good
for 17 to go so near the old lab, either, but he’d insisted.
On arriving, they spotted Ayumi, wearing a hooded sweatshirt like them. She
was quite beautiful with large, sparkling almond eyes and an expressive
porcelain face that reminded one of a Disney princess. Though now her face
was lined and shadowed with fatigue and worry, her eyes having lost their
light.
“Goten?” she greeted him, “Hello, dear, it’s good to see you.” She hugged
him tightly like family, then stood back to look at him. “You’re another
son to me.” She greeted Vegeta and 17 just as warmly and they let the
unusual overture slide, knowing they were the first people she’d seen from
the outside world in over two long months. They sat down under the old
gingko tree and told their respective stories. Goten gave her the small
pouch of senzu beans with instructions, and hearing why Hiroshi suffered a
back sprain that prevented his training infuriated them beyond words.
“We will crush that motherfucker if it’s the last thing we do,” Vegeta
declared, his voice oddly calm. Calm in the sense that all hell was soon to
break loose.
Ayumi smiled. “I see Tenjiita in both of you. Your son gives me a strength
I didn’t know I had, and believe me, I thank the gods for him.” Goten’s
dull expression changed. They spoke well into the night and each of them
left the shrine unexpectedly lighthearted.
Arriving back at the capsule house, the awkward question arose. “I guess I
should be getting back,” 17 said regretfully past a lump in his throat.
“No, you don’t.” Vegeta took hold of his bandana and dragged him toward
their room. “You’re staying.”
“Guess that’s an offer I can’t refuse?” 17 grinned at Goten and followed
Vegeta.
Goten returned it, the first time he’d smiled since they’d left 17’s cabin.
“Damn straight you can’t.”

TBC…
Having heard the update of the story and what Vegeta and Raditz did not
want to tell them before, 17 realized that they faced a terrible dilemma.
After a moment of thought, he said finally, “And if the source of their
mind control is killed off, will they go back to normal?”
“It’s possible,” Vegeta said dully, “If they survive it.” Seeing their
expressions, he ceded, “Alright. I was going to leave them their dignity,
but you seem to think there’s some miraculous solution somewhere, so fine.
Don’t say I didn’t warn you.”
“I’m not saying there is,” Goten said hollowly, “But we have to at least
try.” Vegeta said nothing, and the matter appeared to be settled.
“So… what now?” 17 didn’t know what to think, their uneasiness from
earlier that day now justified.
“You’re coming back with us,” Vegeta told him. Knowing that he didn’t care
for the idea of being around the other Saiyans he added, “I don’t feel like
hearing your sister bitch all day.”
17 nodded and they flew off in silence. Vegeta and Goten clearly felt
stupid for nearly being driven to a fight by their own demons, and 17 was
simply lost. The silence during their long flight back to Black Mountain
was tense, and the three of them were glad to finally land in the side yard.
“We’re just glad you’re okay,” Goten told 17. He squeezed their arms and
they went inside. Everyone looked at them with relief.
“Where in the hell have you been?” 18 scolded her brother now after so many
hours of silent worry. “What happened?” She examined his torn shirt.
“Had a bit of a scrape,” 17 replied, “Luckily they got there. I didn’t even
know why.”
“If you were going for groceries, you were out of luck,” she commented.
17 frowned. “Never mind.”
“We can give you plenty of stuff,” Goku told him, who wanted to hear what
had happened.
Raditz gave Vegeta a questioning look, who raised an eyebrow and called him
aside. They spoke in low, furtive tones, and it was not difficult to guess
about what. Goten looked at the floor.
“Everything okay, little bro?” Videl asked him in concern.
“Yeah,” Goten replied, “I knew it was bad, but…” His cell phone beeped
and he pulled it from his jacket pocket. “Hang on.”
A text from Trunks read: ‘Have you heard from Hiroshi? I’ve been trying
to text him all day, no answer.’
Goten typed back, ‘No. I’ll let you know if I do.’ To Hiroshi he
typed, ‘Hiroshi? Anyone? We saw on TV. :( RSVP!’ He spoke with Videl
for awhile, then a new text came through:
‘Goten, it’s Ayumi. Can one of you meet me at the shrine tonight?
Hiroshi asks if you can bring him something called a senzu bean. Will
explain later.’
Goten paled and texted back, ‘Sure. Is he OK? What happened??’
‘We’re all fine. I’ll explain later, OK?’ she replied.
‘OK.’
Goten sat on the floor and propped his head on his knees, not daring to ask
what else could go wrong.

scene TBC in part 6…
The two of them followed the direction indicated through the woods. 17’s ki
wasn’t easy to pick up but they managed to lock onto it somehow by blind
instinct as through by a magnetic field.
“This way!” Goten exclaimed suddenly, flying faster. Vegeta picked it up at
the same time, but it wasn’t all they picked up. The rest was a mess of
confusion. As they approached they heard noises that sounded like a fight.
They arrived just in time to see four clawed hands grasping at 17’s feet,
the latter struggling to free them, which was not as easy as it normally
should be. Instinctively Vegeta sent a ki blast that sent four of them
flying from the tree, freeing 17, and hurrying to his side.
“Are you okay?” Goten grabbed his arm, having feared the worst. 17 nodded,
flooded with relief to see them though bewildered.
“What are they?” He stared down in horror at the crazed mass, who were now
beginning to atrack one another.
“Kyoda’s doing,” Vegeta replied grimly, “They’re under mind control,
everywhere. It’s on TV. Get back,” he told them, aiming his hand at the
crowd.
Realizing his intention, Goten blocked his hands. “Vegeta, you can’t kill
them!” He’d picked up his thought loud and clear.
“You don’t know what you’re saying,” Vegeta said firmly, “Nothing can be
done for them. Would you like to be left to die like that?” His face was
taut and had paled, and Goten realized just then what he hadn’t told them
about the Rinajin. Saiyans were not easily transformed, and if they were
preferred to end their lives first. Exactly what he feared was happening to
his father.
“No!” Goten covered his ears, willing the thoughts to go away. “I
refuse to believe that!” He’d found out very early that monsters were
very real and didn’t need to hide under his bed. They were out there in
real life.
“Ask Raditz if you don’t believe me. It’s easier to bring them back with
the Dragon Balls. That’s why I didn’t want to tell you.” They were
physically struggling now and it would quickly come to blows if they didn’t
quit.
Quickly 17 stepped between them to hold them apart. “Stop it. What is this
all about?” Seeing that neither were listening, he sent his ki through both
hands as an electric shock so that both were stunned for a moment, but
finally calm.
“Ignore them for now,” he told them firmly, “First, tell me exactly what’s
happening?”

scene TBC in part 5…
Vegeta and Goten flew at sonic speed toward 17’s forest, noticing the
closest mid-sized village where he would logically go. “Are you picking
anything up?” Vegeta asked, his face taut.
“Vaguely,” Goten replied tensely, “Down there.” He pointed to the town
below. “Do you know where he goes?”
“No, I never asked.” They flew down closer, not surprised to find the town
deserted. They studied the different establishments and spotted the general
market. “Someone is in there,” Vegeta observed.
They went to the closed door and knocked. “Open the door,” Vegeta called
inside.
“We’re closed! Get away!” a voice called back.
They pounded harder against the metal grid. “Hurry, let us in,” Goten said,
“It’s important.”
“G.. go away, or I’ll shoot!” the voice inside the store threatened.
Vegeta’s anger exploded and he knocked away both doors with a growl of
frustration. “What the fuck is your problem, asshole?!” he demanded as they
forced their way in, “Do we look like crazed lunatics to you?!” he yelled
furiously.
“Uh… Vegeta…” Goten looked pained at the old man cowering behind his
counter, and under his trembling fingers the pistol went off. Vegeta caught
the bullets in mid-air and crushed them, dropping the remains of the shells
to the floor.
“We’re looking for a friend of ours,” Goten explained, “A young man a
little taller than me with long black hair and a red scarf. Have you seen
him?”
At the mention of 17’s description the man calmed a little. “He was just
here awhile ago,” he told them, “I let him in because he’s a regular
customer. A friend of yours, you say?”
“Yeah,” Goten replied, “Do you know where he went?”
“Back home if he’s smart,” the storekeeper told them, “He had no idea
what’s happening out there. I suppose you do?” They nodded. “Well, he went
that way.” He pointed left, standing up.
“Thanks,” Goten said quickly as they left.
“No problem.” Mr. Briggs looked hopelessly at his broken doors. “Screw it,
I’m going home,” he muttered to himself.
